My appreciation for how much our minds, bodies and spirit can hold in reaction to trauma and stress is borne out by my working with people struggling to find their way in this life, their passion and a sense of peace. We can release these accommodations to sadness, fear and hatred---the feelings that elicit the most shame and recrimination, often directed at ourselves, complicating intimacy, trust, a sense of purpose----true connection to ourselves. My hope is to assist in releasing these negative energies.
I will be offering Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), preparation/integration sessions required, in 12/23. New clients will be for this modality only. This work is best performed when you have a therapist to continue the integration after we complete the short term work. Please reach out to discuss how KAP works, the costs and the evaluation process.
"When we are grounded in the present moment, we feel comfortable in our bodies and at ease in our world. Grounding gives us supreme freedom to choose how we respond to the world, rather than acting from a historical script...." Ann Bradney
