As a therapist for over 20 years, I have experience with many different populations, have worked in mental health clinics, hospitals, case management organizations, LGBT organizations, and have had a successful private practice for over 10 years. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Heart-Based Hypnotherapy and Heartmath.
