We offer in person and online sessions for coping skills, depression, anxiety, emotional distress and trauma using: EMDR, Flash and DBT. We also specialize in Gottman Method Couples Counseling, DBT and EMDR Trauma therapy. EMDR is highly effective in helping children, teens & adults resolve past trauma and abuse (see emdr.org for more info). Gottman Method is the gold standard for couples who struggle with relationship issues, infidelity and conflict. We also specialize in helping destructive relationships (emotional, physical, spiritual, etc). We help people of all ages, couples and families.
We utilize Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, DBT, EMDR & Flash Trauma and Family Systems therapies. We believe that people have the capability to heal from past hurts, to learn and grow in their relationships, overcome anxiety, depression and emotional distress and thrive.
