For 50 years, I have helped individuals and couples find more pleasure in life through creating satisfying relationships and meaningful work. Therapy at its best is a collaborative process between client and therapist. I have special interest and expertise in couple therapy and psychotherapy and have extensive training and experience in both. I practice trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR and other trauma-clearing techniques. I incorporate yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, visualization and other mind/body techniques. I customize my approach to the unique needs of each client. My work is informed by my own healing journey.
I’m an integrative therapist and offer family systems, psychodynamics, couple therapy, energy psychology and mind/body techniques, including yoga, meditation and relaxation to improve the overall health of my clients. I enjoy helping couples improve their relationships and incorporate techniques to enhance communication and connection, love and joy.
