I chose my profession because I enjoy helping people overcome their individual struggles and to find meaning in life's uncertainty. I view my therapeutic role as a partner to the client, collaborating in the problem-solving process and seeking out solutions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my primary treatment methods are cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based therapy. My clients receive individualized care to meet their personal needs, not a cookie-cutter approach. My practice includes individuals, couples and families facing a wide range of issues from depression, marital conflict to oppositional defiant teenagers.

Working with adolescents is extremely challenging but very rewarding and one of my professional joys. I strive to provide clients with therapeutic services in a compassionate & culturally sensitive environment. Whether you are coping with relationship difficulties, parenting issues or depression, I welcome an opportunity to help you regain balance and hope.

My office is centrally located in Oklahoma City on Northwest Expressway. I accept many insurance plans including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Healthchoice of Oklahoma.

Group therapy is a powerful therapeutic tool & offers feedback from multiple perceptions. The group process allows members to share their life experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This group is small, confidential & facilitated by two licensed clinicians. Many insurance plans list group therapy services as a covered benefit.
