I integrate Dr. Carnes' Task Centered Model for Tx of Sex Addiction, mindfulness-based Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Transpersonal psychotherapies and 12 Step recovery principles to create a wholistic approach to healing.
I focus on empowering women who are involved in codependent, destructive relationships with men or women (partner or family member) who are absent or abusive due to addiction, sexual compulsivity, mental illness, anger or emotional immaturity. This group offers women the opportunity to share their deepest feelings honestly and freely without fear of judgement.
