I work within a wide range of therapy issues. If you are suffering in an unsatisfying relationship or career, or are hungry to understand yourself better therapy can be beneficial. By utilizing the therapeutic skills I've developed you may find hope and possibly a shift in perspective. Feeling better is possible. I bring a supportive approach and have enormous compassion for the human experience, life can be difficult. I offer Telehealth or in person therapy sessions.
In blending traditional talk therapy with awareness of the breath and body I help clients begin to feel differently. I invite a deepening into the unfolding story of their lives and find by staying curious and open there can be the opportunity for increased direction and clarity. Healing happens.
As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, I receive post-graduate training, education, and consultation in Jungian theory. I encourage my clients to invite conscious awareness to their experience. Once feelings and patterns are identified a new potential can be achieved. I am also excited by the integration of Yoga and Psychotherapy.
