Addictive behaviors are difficult for an individual as well as their loved ones. The initial step in meeting a new client is getting an accurate assessment to facilitate the necessary level of treatment for a drug or alcohol problem. Services available are individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents and adults. In addition, I provide services for personality disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression and OCD. A safe, supportive and caring environment is available for you to discuss your needs.
My preferred methods of practice are cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance.
Unique exercises are provided for a client's particular needs between sessions. These exercises are designed to enhance insight and awareness and enrich growth and coping skills for a better way of life for the client.
