I am skilled and trained in a number of modalities: Family Therapy,Cognative Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR and grief counseling. I was a teacher and a learning specialist for 9 years and have been a therapist for the past 20 years.
I recently have learned the EMDR feelings addiction protocol, It has been very successful with over eating, internet, shopping, alcohol,sex and drug addictions. i also have become very interested in resilience. Skills and mind set to be an emotionally strong person.
