I like to work with clients who see a need for change but can't seem to do it on their own. Together we can find ways that inspire, motivate and make for change. Change can happen effortlessly at times but also there are times when we must work at it together. I will work as long & hard for my clients as they are willing to work. I specialize in relationships of all kinds from couples, to parent-child, to boss & worker, to in-laws, and friends. Making relationships work is my greatest joy. Teaching the principles that make relationships work is my life's work.
I have found enormous benefits from wholesome health practices and I teach my clients about the latest discoveries in clinical nutrition, exercise and good health practices. I have studied clinical nutrition for 45 years and have a specialty in psychotropic medications. Good health is physical as well as mental because we are whole human beings.
