I have been a counselor for 19 years working extensively with clients with a multitude of stressors. My primary treatment is CBT and Person Centered; however, I utilize a variety of techniques and provide a non-judgmental atmosphere from which we can explore what is happening in your life. I am faith based and accepting of everyone. My passion is my profession, and I am dedicated to help you work through whatever is causing you difficulties.
My specialties are grief (former bereavement counselor at a local hospice), depression, and couples counseling (including abuse and infidelity). My colleague and I are offering women over 45 empowerment groups that run bi-monthly. There are 3 clinicians including myself so please contact us so that we may help you.
We believe in treating body, mind and spirit within each person. We have a relaxation room and a massage therapist for clients to utilize before and after therapy. .I am also providing telehealth to clients in SC, GA, and MI.
