Reclaiming Our Power-3 day Intensive Workshop
A 3 day intensive workshop (based on the treatment model developed my Pia Mellody called Survivors) that investigates the origin of adult dysfunctional behaviors. In this revolutionary educational and experiential process, participants learn to identify and address those early childhood issues that fuel addictions, depression, eating disorders and painful relationships. The program is not about blaming caregivers; but about getting in touch with the feelings that follow any less-than-nurturing event from the past, and resolving the consequential grief and anguish. Participants will receive a set of strategies and tools needed to make permanent changes in their daily lives.

Relational Living Couples Group
Couples who want to learn and practice the skills and habits of successful couples to become the best partner they can be. Breaking old habits and developing new ones takes a great deal of practice. The couples’ group helps provide a setting where you can practice and also learn from others wanting to improve their relationships. Meeting regularly with people who are working on the same things can help you sustain focus, feel encouraged, supported and motivated. Our groups are based on the work of Pia Melody and Terry Real. Radiant Relationships: intro to Skydancing Tantra
This is a public event open to all who would like to invigorate a relationship to themself and others. Intimacy is a learned skill like yoga or playing a musical instrument. Regular attention and in-depth exercises strengthen your ability to bring energy and openness to your life every day. Through dialogue and body-based practices you will enhance your capacity for deep listening. These tantra-based practices can be simple but yield profound results. Equally powerful for couples and solos and is great preparation for future connections.
