As a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider I offer secure and private HIPAA compliant Teletherapy to anyone in the State of Ohio. It’s easy and user-friendly. Contact me for a free virtual introductory meeting and try it out. I use an integrated approach to therapy. Each client is unique and I’m trained in several orientations including EMDR.
Having worked in Corporate America for more than 30 years, I have a first-hand knowledge of the rewards and challenges of that culture and can draw upon that knowledge to help my clients grow professionally and personally. Putting Anxiety In Its Place
(GROUPS ARE CURRENTLY FULL.) Anxiety can be a painful, debilitating condition that robs you of a good life. Learn how to manage your anxiety for a lifetime with the help and support of others who live and understand what you're going through. One member comments, "I don't go to group for advice-I go to be with people who understand. Their feedback is important to hear." An individual session is required prior to joining the group and concurrent individual therapy with a therapist is strongly recommended.
