*I am not taking new clients at this time.* Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider. Over the last 12 years, I have worked with a variety of clients including women and children who have experienced domestic violence. I have facilitated anger management groups and have worked with families in the foster care system. I also have several years of experience working with individuals that have experienced complex trauma. I also provide licensure supervision for those seeking a LPC license in the state of TN.
I use many different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Experiential Therapy. I treat children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of areas including: depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, suicide intervention, behavior problems, grief/loss, alcohol and drug, and LGBTQ issues.
I take a very holistic approach to improving mental health. All life systems are important. I would love to help you live a successful life full of peace. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy music, reading, nature, and chocolate.
