I work with couples and individual clients, many who have suffered anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, addiction, painful relationships, and eating disorders. Because of life experience as well as extensive training, I can offer practical tools that can help relieve you now as well as long after you leave my office. Now through telehealth, I offer individual, group, & couples psychotherapy, to help you achieve your personal goals and a healthier, happier YOU. What would you like from your relationships? In addition to providing psychodynamic and mindfulness based therapy, I utilize EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy, Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), DBT, Energy Work (Reiki and other modalities), creative expression, journaling, and women's empowerment groups to facilitate the understanding of assertiveness and healthy boundaries.
