My specialty: Stress Management and helping you deal effectively with stress or reframing your relationship to stressors like fear of public speaking, so you react differently! Instead of panic a sense of calm and anticipation. I have groups for self hypnosis and meditation where I teach this because it is so effective.

Where self hypnosis is a guided meditation and meets silent meditation then garnished with beautiful post hypnotic suggestions. Wednesday 12-1:00 (new student 11:30), Saturday 10-11:00 (new students 9:30) Must call to be on schedule for space is limited !!!
