I specialize in helping people recover and move beyond the effects of trauma. The all-over-the-place emotional rollercoaster that comes with experiencing trauma does not have to be a part of your life forever. You can have a happy and peaceful life and find your personal power in a gentle and kind way.
I use a collection of evidenced based clinical techniques in collaboration with gentle somatic release through a healing modality called Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique involving light touch for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes health.
This combination of clinical and somatic modalities is especially effective in treatment of trauma and is an effective and loving approach for an array of issues.
