My goal is to work with high functioning, successful people who still hear that voice saying "you are not good enough." My goal is to work with you to challenge that voice and eventually get rid of it so you can have all of the happiness you deserve!
I believe that therapy is an opportunity to work toward your goals in creative ways. I enjoy working with individuals who have anxiety and have found that they tend to be smart, sensitive, and driven people who can accomplish so much once they learn helpful tools that work for them.
