As a family therapist I implement the skills I used as Clinical Director of a teen residential center to change family dynamics. I often get calls from parents who are struggling with their teenage children who are living with symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disorders & addiction. My approach helps clients understand & shift dysfunctional patterns which hinder connection and closeness. Whether I am working with couples, families or individual clients, my approach aims to bring about improvements in our relationships which in turn helps symptoms such as conflict, depression and anxiety, and to improve creativity & productivity.

I believe that it is my responsibility to make each client, whether an individual or family, to feel understood from the first meeting. I use my extensive training in psychoanalytic, and family therapy to create a safe, non-judgmental environment and aim to generate an extraordinary connection that supports you and your family to improve your well-being.

I was the recipient of the Donald T. Brown Memorial Award for Group Psychotherapy, and studied Psychoanalytic Therapy at LAISPS. Providing therapy for 12-18 year olds in both clinical and school-based settings has given me unique skill set for working with teenagers and their families.
