I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. As your therapist, my overall goal is to help you through difficult times and empower you to find some joy in every day. I have experience working in the public school system and private practice settings with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and life stressors. Additionally, after personal life experience, being a mother and wife myself, I am very passionate about supporting women through trying to conceive, fertility treatment, and pregnancy related issues.
My approach is integrative and collaborative utilizing many tools and focusing on the clients' strengths. I believe that each client should have their own individual plan and approach during treatment. Therapy is not a "one size fits all." We will work together to find the tools and strategies to best support your needs.
