Comprehensive self care practices can help improve coping as well.
I integrate multiple approaches and theories, such as relational, empowerment, mindfulness and CBT, as well as the use of the arts, storytelling, and goal setting. I can help you learn to replace negative self talk with positive messaging about your self worth, confidence and self esteem. I offer early morning and weekend appointments for busy professionals.
