I utilize my training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Sandtray Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive strategies and Mindfulness techniques to help you create a tailored approach to therapy.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, trauma and parenting struggles. I have extensive training in trauma approaches and evidence-based treatments for OCD. Additionally, I am a Gottman Institute approved facilitator of the Bringing Baby Home parent/relationship education curriculum.
