I practice Integrative person-centered Trauma-informed Therapy. EMDR with an emotionally focused lens, allows me to help clients with trauma-associated blocks. I specialize in couples dealing with emotional disconnect, communication, infidelity, divorce, intimacy issues (EFT trained) etc. My approach is holistic, integrating yoga, meditation and nutrition.
Whether it's depression, anxiety, behavioral issues or life (existential/ life stage issues), I can help anyone 5-years and up. I speak Hindi, Urdu & understand Punjabi.
