I work with children, adolescence and adults in individual or family counseling. My desire is to give each client a safe place to call his / her own. A space free of judgment that fosters growth and empowerment. My goal is equip each client with the tools needed to navigate life’s journey leading to freedom and wholeness.
My experience includes but is not limited to trauma recovery, marriage and family, addiction, anxiety and depression, grief work, managing a chronic illness and sexual abuse recovery. I teach suicide prevention in the local high schools as well.
