In the past, I have primarily worked with female adolescents and young college aged adults; however, I am open to working with all ages & genders and couples as well. I specialize in working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/school/work challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with no judgment.
My style of therapy is rooted in person-centered therapy, and I frequently integrate other evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, & Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we will work towards uncovering your strengths, developing coping strategies, and fostering positive change.
