My philosophy is to provide a safe environment for clients to share, grow, and feel accepted. Each human's life journey offers a variety of challenges and details, which at times, can become difficult to navigate. My hope is that by using evidence-based practice including family systems approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, clients, can discover a deeper level of knowledge about themselves which will inspire hope, peace, and confidence to reach their full potential. My philosophy offers a strong focus on the person and their relation to systems in their life including family, school, workplace, society, etc.
I typically work with clients, ages 12 to 65 years and provide individual, couples, and family therapy. My standard fee is $125 per 50-55 minute session or you can contact me to ask about my sliding scale.
