I have 16 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, & families struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, & behavioral issues. My goal for therapy is to help you better understand yourself so you can feel more in control of your emotions and behavior.
I have extensive experience working with adults with anxiety and depression and will work to help alleviate these symptoms. I also have a strong background working in schools with children, adolescents, and their families. I have a solid understanding of the education system and am willing to communicate with schools and other professionals if desired.
