Our team of therapists all have Master's degrees in counseling or social work and are trained to help with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, anger, LGBTQ+ and gender identity, self-harming, addiction, life transitions, communication, social skills, grief & loss, eating disorders, boundaries, codependency, parent-child relationships, conflict resolution, school issues, suicidal ideation, ADHD, stress, work challenges, and financial issues.
We use a variety of treatment methods to help you meet your individualized needs. We provide supportive counseling, talk-therapy, CBT, DBT, Crisis Intervention, EMDR for trauma, ERP for OCD, Eating Disorder treatment, Addiction counseling, Expressive Arts and Sand Tray therapy.
We work with children, teenagers and adults. We have immediate openings for new clients in our Mesa offices. We accept Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna insurance. We provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space in which to explore issues and make changes to your life. We would love to work with you!

Teen DBT Group
**ENROLLING NEW GROUP MEMBERS** Is your teen experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, social skills problems, self-harming, eating disorders, identity struggles, or relationship problems? Then this DBT group for teenagers can help. This is an 8-week group for teenagers ages 13-17. Teens are welcome to join on Thursday from 5:30pm-7:30pm. There is a supplies fee of $100 for all members. We accept BCBS, Aetna, UHC insurance. Investment is $400 (+$100 supplies fee) if not using insurance.
