As a life & mindset coach, I partner with my coaching clients to offer guidance and support through life transitions such as phase of life and school/career changes, relationship changes, and divorce. My focus is specifically geared toward shifting Mindset that promotes life wellness, stress management, and habits for success.
JKOR, Integrative Fitness and Wellness takes an integrative approach to offering services that promote individualized health and wellness- body and mind. Services include life coaching, personal training, counseling, and in-house referrals to Nutrition Counseling.
