I offer 15 years of experience in embodied contemplative counseling, as well as creative activism for personal growth and empowerment.
I specialize in working with women, of all ages, who are seeking an embodied, spiritual path to empowerment. In particular, I offer guidance in meditation, safe emotional release, boundary setting, emotional intelligence, somatic trauma healing, self expression, and creative activism for climate anxiety, and social injustice. Sessions are client led.
I know how hard it is to manage when your body is flooded with intense emotions, and life seems to be one hardship after another. I am here to help you learn how to listen to your body's wisdom, find your truth, and gain mastery at centering and calming yourself for your long term well being.
