Together, we utilize techniques to explore the issues of life, gain insight into the thoughts, feelings and behaviors which affect the mind , body and spirit. I foster building on individual strengths and eliminating self-defeating behaviors, thus developing optimal self-satisfaction, growth and overall well being.
My specialty is person centered, seeking to identify the root cause of problems and through soul searching and eclectic techniques, look to restore the whole person.I utilize relaxation techniques, mindfulness, as well as providing a safe, comfortable atmosphere in which to work out the issues of life.
