Please contact me to get on my waitlist! I offer counseling services for adolescents (12+) and adults. My counseling approach focuses on creating a collaborative and genuine experience, where clients can safely explore and reach their goals. I support clients struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, grief and trauma, life adjustments and changes, career transitions and relationship issues.
I have a passion for supporting individuals and their partners navigating pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. I am certified in perinatal mental health, and enjoy working with perinatal anxiety and mood disorders. I provide a supportive environment for expecting and new parents to promote emotional well-being during this critical life stage.
Appointments can be scheduled Monday-Thursday. Early morning, daytime and evening appointments can be accommodated. Sliding scale rates are available for those who qualify. I do not accept insurance, but will work with each client to provide proper documentation for out of network reimbursement.
