I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Informed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and support in becoming empowered, assertive and obtaining a feeling of calmness within. Learning to identify and understand your blind spots is important in order to feel healthy and fulfilled. I do combination of in person and telehealth therapy only.
