Are you tired of the over-think, over-plan, overwhelm, and shut-down cycle? Reach out to me. I specialize in anxiety, early trauma, and adult ADHD. These are highly treatable conditions, and my passion is helping people like you. We'll go beyond talk therapy and skills training to help you shift out of exhausting old patterns. We'll focus on the early issues underlying your symptoms, so you can respond to life's challenges by choice and live from your authentic self.
I also provide therapy to therapists with anxiety, early trauma, or ADHD. Unwind in a space devoted to you. Unload what you’ve been carrying, and up your self-care. I have a PsyPact inter-state license, so you can seek therapy outside your professional circle.
NOTE: I do NOT specialize in primary depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, bipolar disorder, current abuse, eating disorders, or addictions, BUT other clinicians do.
