As a licensed, marriage and family therapist I have the ability to meet you wherever you are in the life span process. As a certified expressive arts practitioner, I can integrate these tools on your journey. I am also an authorized provider for, free counseling for problem gambling and affected individuals.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. My specialties involve; a broad range of grief and loss experiences, infertility, adoption, blended families, and life transitions. I have served on the NCSD Action Council and the Intergenerational Council for the County of San Diego, helping to bridge the gap between older adults and youth.
My marriage and family therapy experience has been in the field of healthcare and education. I have completed the coursework for adoption through the Deparment of Health and Human Services. I am currently building a community based project around the concept of forgiveness.

Expressive Arts Workshop
Expressive arts workshops for self growth and positive healing in Palm Springs, Temecula, and North County San Diego. Workshops dates being planned for 2024 season. Please send an email to get on the interest list. These are one time weekend workshops. Please state which location you are interested in attending a workshop. Grief and loss groups may be available for those who have lost a loved one. Please call to determine appropriateness and interest in group work. I provide a flat rate for grief clients seeking individual sessions to make access to services easier for individuals. You still need to be screened for appropriateness prior to scheduling.
