Family relationships can be very difficult! How do we live out our own lives and manage our relationships at the same time? This group will help you identify who YOU are and who you want to be/become, while working through the minefields that keep you stuck. We will explore family trees (genograms), triangles, family of origin issues as well as conflict and communication (including dealing with family cut-off).
