I have 19+ years experience helping people heal. My approach is somatic and based in neuropsychology and attachment concepts. I'm a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, an advanced student of Hakomi Method, and fully certified in EMDR. I offer somatic consultation to therapists.
I have a background in expressive arts and social justice. I bring these elements into the work as appropriate to support your process. I have specialized training with parenting and attachment, LGBTQ+ communities, and Latino/a/Latinx communities. Se habla español.

Somatic Consultation for Therapists
In person and online, trauma-informed, justice-committed somatic consultation geared to track client & self autonomic nervous system(ANS)/physiology shifts, foster mindful curiosity, avoid conversation/content that stagnates process, create movement/gesture/embodiment/touch experiments, integrate trauma lens and somatics. We practice skills so they're easier to integrate into your work. DETAILS: Max participant # is 6. We’ll meet every other week. Fee is $100 per group, including any you miss and includes 30 min 1:1 consultation call scheduled at our convenience. References available as needed. This is NOT supervision or general consultation.
