I have 9 years' experience working with clients of all ages in the areas of Anxiety, ADHD, depression, Trauma and Grief. Recently I have chosen to focus my work with children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, transitions and trauma/abuse. I enjoy and am currently accepting adults and couples with the above struggles too.
Each of us is unique and has their own life story to be spoken and lived. I provide a interactive, nonjudgmental, and safe place,for you. I seek to interact, with you and to help you find purpose, newness and hope in your life and relationships.
I bring a unique ability to listen patiently and to interact with my clients as they share both difficult and joyful times in their lives. I approach counseling as a relationship that not only helps you to find fullness of life and healing but deeper relationships with others.
