My primary specialty is bipolar disorder. I focus on the concept of "bipolar wellness", meaning developing a lifestyle and self-care strategy that allows a person with bipolar not only to achieve mood stability and symptom reduction but also to create and sustain a life worth living.
I am in the process of creating educational and informational programs that will facilitate the development of professional and general awareness of bipolar disorder and how to diagnose, treat, and manage it so that those with the disorder can live well.
