Therapy is a place to openly explore what's been troubling you and engage in meaningful conversation towards resolution, renewal and a more holistic sense of self.
I bring knowledge in areas related to relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, social fears, addiction, anger, parenting, and confidence/self-esteem. I believe in listening well, keeping an open mind and heart, and fostering genuine working relationships. I carry with me much personal healing and a dedication to the transformative nature of this work.
