You may be experiencing a difficult time, and need some help and support to assist you as you navigate through challenges. No matter how dark and desperate it may seem at the moment for you, there is always hope. Hope is powerful. It gives us the ability to believe that things can and will get better, in order for us to take steps toward change. Counseling can be a powerful tool to help you find hope and healing.

I have worked with adolescents the majority of my life, and have been married for over 30 years. Additionally, I have had the privilege to raise 4 amazing children. I work primarily with women of all ages and experiences. I also offer premarital and marital counseling. I have been trained (2020) in EMDR therapy and work with trauma and first responders.

Email is the best way to contact me, as I am in session most of the day, and it is very difficult to find times to return new client inquiry calls. I check my email frequently, and can answer most questions quickly.
