This is a trying time. Support is vital to living a full life. My approach is one of mentorship, not typical therapy. I am walking alongside you in life's journey, in addressing the big questions of who am I? And, what am I to do with this one precious life? Especially in the face of endless distractions, world crisis and basic relationships. I especially like working with teens and young adults, exploring these questions and issues. Sometimes we just need someone to back us up and reflect our personhood, engage our integrity and connect us to our deeper knowing. I guide an experience of connection that enables one to thrive.
Sessions can look like getting a cup of coffee, taking a walk or sitting on a log over a creek, taking care of business you have been avoiding or hopping on to zoom/phone to connect. I have an eclectic approach that focusing on meeting the unique needs of a client. I focus on mentorship for growth.
If you are feeling lost, I understand. As you navigate the terrain of finding self, I will be behind you, with a bag full of supplies/skills. Lost is an important experience that brings us to finding ourselves. I aim to normalize states of uncertainty as a pathway to grow a greater sense of self and to support the inclination of following your heart.

Groups
Teen/Young Adult Weekly Group
This group meets twice a week to build community, focus on expressing self and being heard, seen and valued. The Spring, Summer and Autumn sessions occur on Monday and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30pm. Please call for details on the dates for each session. There is a Winter session that is focused on one-on-one mentorship meetings every other week, determined by individual schedules. Each 5-week session has a particular focus: Understanding Self, Nature Connection, Community Building through Play, and Leadership Development. $1000 for the series or $120 per session. In service to 15-23 year olds.
