I specialize in working with mostly women ages 18-45 who seek the full, authentic life that results from upgraded coping skills and a strong sense of self. I provide a balance of warm acceptance and also guidance in skill-building related to: insight development, mindfulness, communication, self-compassion, empathy, and stress management. My approach is educational, empowering, and very laid-back made easier by the regular presence of my therapy dog in-training: Orlo.
I most enjoy walking with my clients through moments of intense self-growth and self-exploration. Growth results from meaningful, real experiences, so my clients and I develop a genuine connection and an individualized plan. These include supportive in-office sessions and activities such as walking/hiking, and waterside meditations.
