We specialize in maladaptive behaviors that have impeded and harmed a client's self and others. We specialize in adolescent sexual and interpersonal behaviors, focusing on increasing healthy prosocial behaviors in order to reduce high risk or abusive behavior patterns. We practice EMDR and trauma focused therapies to assist in healing unhealthy behavior patterns that may have emerged from unprocessed trauma. We work with court adjudicated/convicted cases.
Our speciality is sexual behaviors, primarily abusers and victim/trauma issues. We offer consultation for sexuality specific development through psychoeducation around safe technology use, consent and safe sex practices. Reunification sessions to reconnect family members who have experienced abuse or disconnect due a variety of reasons.
We specialize in EMDR, CBT and a mix of mindfullness and wellness approaches. We utilize experiential skill building methods to help clients tap into their own healthy coping strengths.
