I have over thirty years experience as a counselor. I am broadly trained in many areas. You and I will know together how I may best help you. I have major experience in helping people with low self esteem and people who had difficult or abusive parents or partners.
My life experience led me to becoming a therapist I understand that healing is individual, sometimes requiring medication while other times non medication interventions work very well. I consult regularly with a psychiatrist for ongoing learning.. If you require medication I will work with your medical provider.
