In my 11 years of experience as a counselor, I understand how challenging it can be to ask for help. My goal is to create a safe and warm environment for clients who are going through challenges. My office is a very private space that provides privacy and confidentiality. I enjoy working with different kinds of people and have facilitated support groups for women and LBGTQ communities. My focus is on wellness and hope for a healthier life.
I work with people who working through mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. I love working with teenagers and adults struggling with various types of mental illness and in general the stressors of living.
I offer free 15 minute consultations in person or telehealth. I offer in person and telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance providers.

Mens Mental Health Support Group
"Due to societal expectations of masculinity, men are less likely to talk to others about their feelings, so they suffer in silence". This group is to provide support for mental health issues such as depression and anxiety as men often suffer in silence with these issues. The group will be facilitated by a mental health counselor who has been in private practice for several years and is here to offer support and guidance.
