My clinical experience has been focused on issues of healthy relationships, increased self-awareness, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. I currently provide counseling to adult individuals and couples. I am a positive person who likes to help others live a more joyous and purposeful life.
I work with my clients from a theoretical orientation of counseling that blends cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and family systems theories. I believe in supporting clients in their emotional growth processes, while allowing them to determine their own pace and direction.
