As part of the Spectra Therapies + Evaluations team, I provide individual and group therapies for all ages. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with children and adolescents, and I work closely with families to help parents understand how to better support their child. I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based treatment program for parents of children with anxiety/OCD. My background includes work in the outdoor education and leadership field with children and teenagers focusing on behavioral change and self-empowerment during a variety of life difficulties.

My training is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Social Thinking. I use Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD. I specialize in working with neurodiversity - I work with clients for issues related to: autism, anxiety, OCD, fears/phobias, LGBTQ identity.

I strive to build connection and create a space that feels comfortable while allowing opportunities for vulnerability and growth. I believe in fostering individuality, building on strengths, and increasing self awareness. Together we will work to identify and achieve goals towards positive growth.
