Hi, I'm currently accepting new clients. Glad you're here & please know you are not alone. Therapy is great place for any person, no matter how small or big of an issue you are going through. I see therapy like going to the gym but for your mind & soul. I specialize in working with trauma & addictions along with relationships, substance use, identity, eating disorders, mood disorders, BPD, ADHD, & ASD. As a queer therapist, I work closely with my LGBQ+ community and trans & gender diverse people. My goal is to be here for you in the way you need, support you, and help you reach your goals .
I have a well-rounded background to help tailor my approach to each person & their needs. I use attachment-based, mindfulness, somatic & DBT therapies. I offer EMDR (Attachment-Focused), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), & Post-Induction Therapy (PIT).

DBT-Informed Group for Queers (Adults)
4 modules + Self-compassion taught over the course of 7 months. Each module includes Mindfulness. 8 weeks of Distress Tolerance (4 wks Mindfulness), 8 weeks of Emotion Regulation (2 wks Mindfulness), 8 weeks of Interpersonal Effectiveness (2 wks Mindfulness); 4 weeks of Self-compassion & Validation Pay by module or full course Modules 1,2,3: $1,200/module; Module 4: $600; Full - $3,570 (15% discount)
