Life can be difficult and at times overwhelming. Therapy provides a safe haven for individuals, couples, and families to express themselves without judgment. I believe that every person should be aware of his and her own strengths and weaknesses. Therapy can help to identify those characteristics, so as an individual, couple, or family unit your full potential can be reached.
I also offer services for individuals, couples, and families where addiction is or has played a role. Addiction can affect not only the individual, but family and intimate relationships. Understanding addiction and how to move forward in a healthy way is possible and achievable. CBT groups are also offered to help with addictive behaviors.
